My aim is to build experiental trainings and workshops that take the context and needs of the clients into account.

Examples of themes:

(Psychological) wellbeing
Enhancement of child and adolescent wellbeing
Acceptance, compassion and values based approaches (contextual behaviour science) in different contexts (sport, psychotherapy, rehabilitation, education, self-care)
Topics related to sport and exercise psychology
Mindfulness skills
Emotions in context
Stress management
Managing with feelings of shame, guilt and insufficiency
Building a values based life with autism spectrum and other neurodivergent conditions
Dealing with behaviors that we tend to label as ”challenging”
Clinical functional analysis as a means of assessment and intervention in different contexts
